Work at home TeleCommuting.
Must have a quiet atmosphere for phone calls, HOWEVER, if a child is heard in the background, this is ok for some projects.
NO SKYPE! Our personal experience with skype has been terrible when individuals have called us on skype. To prevent possible difficulties, no skype calling.
Cell phones are allowed if you can promise a good connection.
Voip is allowed as long as quality is good.
Position is part time, but may grow to full time as project grows
Must check in with admin on a weekly basis, giving a report of what was done, who spoke to, and time sheet.
We pay twice a month, on the 10th and 25th. Invoices are due on the 15th and 30th of each month.
You must send a log of when each call is made. Proof may be required (Screen shots from online telephone account, phone bill, ect).

Requirements
Must have daytime availability during the week (9-5 for business calling, evening hours for consumer calling)
Must have previous telemarketing experience
Must have sales experience
Must have high speed internet
Must be able to improv while on phone with customer
Ability for phone/voice interview
Typing speed of 45+ words per minute

Incoming telemarketing calls
Individual will be responsible for incoming calls, following a script and answering any questions customer may have. Telemarketer will need to read and know the product before work begins.
Individual will be required to input information into a online database, pulling up the profile of the customer.
Once individual knows the product and can talk to customers with ease, calls may be forwarded to a cell phone if not at home during the incoming call.
All incoming calls must be answered.
Calls will be identified by a 858 area code, transferred via an 800#, making it recognizable.

Outgoing telemarketing calls
Individual will be responsible for outgoing calls, following a script and answering any questions potential customers may have. Telemarketer will need to read and be familiar with the product before getting started.
Individuals will be required to have potential customer's profile pulled up before making phone call. Also required to make notes where needed.
Must keep a professional demeaner at all times during phone calls.
Individual may be responsible for setting appointments.

Compensation
For hourly positions, hourly rate is between $8-11/hr, billable per minute. This is actual phone time only. (Raise after 30-90 days of productivity). We typically do not hire first for hourly. You must prove your experience on the per appointment first due to past telemarketers abusing this (Not actually making calls, claiming half an hour to leave a voice mail, ect)
For appointment setting, appointment setting is typically between $10-$15 per appointment depending on if it is is business or consumer. Some appointment setting projects may pay more per appointment.
Commission rate is available, varies per project. If you're interested in commission instead of hourly, please note this on your application.
