Description:
We route calls from our clients customers to your home. You will be responsible for handling various customer transactions. Some of these transactions include providing information about products and services, taking orders and solving problems. You will use your home phone line, computer and client-specific computer applications to work through these transactions.

Responsibilities:
-Confer with customers by telephone, email or Web chat in order to provide information
-Resolve customers' service or billing issues
-Record details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken

-Strong organizational skills & ability to problem solve
-A subscription to a dependable, high speed Internet Service Provider

-Desktop must be connected directly to the internet via Ethernet
